Transcript Requests

Welcome to the NEW online ordering process for an official UCF Transcript. It’s quick and easy!
Please carefully read all the instructions below:

  • - Go to https://my.ucf.edu
  • - Sign on using your PID and password. If you do not know your PID click on the link “What are my PID and NID?”
  • - Once signed on, go to Student Self Service > Student Center > My Academics > Request official transcript
  • - Follow the directions.

A $10.00 charge is required for each transcript ordered. Payment must be submitted at the time of request. Requests submitted without payment cannot be processed.
Requests require one (1) Business Day to process, unless you have asked for a hold.
Transcripts are available next day only if ordered online.
Unfortunately at this time there is no option for immediate or same day printing.

Transcripts that require a form be enclosed (such as LSAC, AMCAS, PHARMCAS, etc) must be ordered with a paper Transcript Request form and cannot be processed online. These must be dropped off in person or sent to us through the mail to be processed.

**At this point, we are not able to delay printing (hold) for the following special requests:

Name changes
Grade changes
International addresses
Federal Express/overnight transcripts

If you are requesting a transcript to be mailed, please allow up to 10 days for standard U.S. mail delivery.
- The Registrar's Office is not responsible for an incorrect address provided by you. It is your responsibility to check the address for accuracy. If it is incorrect and cannot be delivered, you will have to request and pay for another official transcript with the correct address.

If you are requesting a transcript to be picked up, a photo ID must be presented at the time of pick-up. Transcripts can only be picked up on the Main Campus, Registrar's Office, Millican Hall room 161.

Transcripts will not be e-mailed or faxed to recipients.
Transcripts not claimed within 30 days of printing will be discarded and must be reordered, with full payment.
The University WILL NOT provide an official transcript to any student or alumnus who has not met his or her financial obligations to UCF.

Transcripts that require a form be enclosed (such as LSAC, AMCAS, PHARMCAS, etc) must be ordered with a paper Transcript Request form and cannot be processed online. These must be dropped off in person or sent to us through the mail to be processed. Please do not proceed further if you are requesting a transcript that requires a form be enclosed.

If you wish to order a transcript, but need one of the previously mentioned special requests:

* Due to restrictions mandated by the FERPA privacy act, we are unable to accept e-mail attachments, e-mail requests, or phone requests for official transcripts.

* We cannot under any circumstances fax/email a transcript anywhere.

If you choose to use the paper form for one of the special requests, the Registrar’s Office requires 2 BUSINESS DAYS from when a request is received with payment to have the transcript ready for pickup or to send by U.S. mail.

* Are you a recent graduate? As a result of the high volume of transcript requests following Commencement and the two to four weeks of degree awarding following the end of each term, the Registrar’s Office requires up to seven (7) business days after the posting of a degree to have a transcript ready for pickup.
